Our decision to make
PorteCash makes its own compliance decision on every payment. Provider screening is evidence we consider — never a substitute for our own determination.
How PorteCash makes its own compliance decisions, keeps them separate from payment and settlement states, and activates nothing early. This page states exactly where those controls and approvals stand.
Compliance at PorteCash is a set of controls that determine whether money may move — separate from the providers, screens and evidence that inform them.
PorteCash makes its own compliance decision on every payment. Provider screening is evidence we consider — never a substitute for our own determination.
Sanctions screening is designed to fail closed: if a required check cannot be completed, the payment does not proceed.
Compliance holds prevent irreversible submission. Money stays put while a decision is open, wherever a payment is in its journey.
Confirming who a customer is and approving a specific payment are different decisions, made at different points, from different evidence.
Fraud controls and anti-money-laundering obligations are distinct programmes with distinct outcomes and records.
Compliance decisions produce auditable internal records. Suspicious-matter decisions are never exposed to customers.
This register states the regulatory position as it stands today. It is deliberately conservative: where something is not established, it is marked as not claimed.

No licences, registrations or approvals are claimed on this page. Status will be published per entity, with references, before any market activates.
PorteCash holds no third-party certifications today. Certification status will be published on this page only when a certification has actually been achieved, with its scope and the awarding body named.
Read about the security programmePorteCash is designed around a double-entry ledger where every movement of money produces balanced, immutable entries, and every balance-changing operation is idempotent and audited.
This page describes how the platform is designed, not a service in operation: real-money features remain inactive until every required approval is met.
